A coworker shared this recipe for “Banana Ice Cream” with me last week. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant because of the simplicity of the recipe. C’mon–just two ingredients? However, it is FABULOUS!! You’ve gotta try it!
A few tips: Peel your bananas, then slice them into small pieces before freezing them. (then, you can pull out exactly how much you need). Add a little milk at a time, until it reaches the perfect consistency–it really does come out like the most creamy, excellent ice cream texture! To dress it up! Put in a fancy glass, add a graham cracker and a few chocolate chips (or a squirt of chocolate syrup!) Peanut butter would also be a great addition!
